  The Sign Factory’s approach to a project is to begin with the customers long and short term goals in mind, and creating the design with the national and local code jurisdictions to ensure the proper signage for each specific location.  From pole signs to channel letters, from neon to vinyl graphics, all projects are treated from beginning to end with a professional level of service and quality.

  The Sign Factory, Inc. is a testing facility for such worldwide product manufacturers as: 3M, GE, Voltarc, EGL, Gelcore.  This gives us the ability to drive our need to be the best in the industry, and to ensure our position on the cutting edge of design and manufacturing.

  The Sign Factory departments include design, sales, metal, neon, letters, vinyl, plastics, installation, service and administration.  Each job starts with one of our professional sales reps initiating a green sheet, tracking all necessary information.  Simultaneously, the estimators prepare timely quotes and any red flags are noted with the designer and sales representative.  Once this process is complete the sales representative writes a contract and a job is sold.

Immediately a sales order is generated and the entire office begins taking part of making the customer experience one which will create a lasting relationship.  Accounting receives the legal file which includes all original documentation.  While waiting for permits, red flags are addressed and eliminated to make the remaining process as smooth as possible.  When permits have been approved the production package is placed in the shop to begin certified UL manufacturing of the sign.  The flow of work is as follows; Patterns, Metal, Neon, Paint, Vinyl and Assembly. 
  When the manufacturing process is complete a trained group of electricians/installers set up their trucks with proper equipment to install the sign for the customer. You can see our trucks around the Puget Sound area installing our products with the same great care that went into making them. Our fleet of crane trucks, aerial-ladders, bucket trucks, flatbed, and service trucks travel throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, California and the even extending into Canada. We install all kinds of signs: vinyl graphics, ADA signs, wall mount displays, interior or exterior, monuments, pole signs, electronic message centers and much more.     
  Once the inspection process takes place, the accounting department sends an invoice to the customer for payment.  Each customer has a choice to purchase the sign or lease the sign.  If it is leased, accounting will create a recurring monthly invoice. 
  Additionally, The Sign Factory offers a variety of sign maintenance plans to choose from. Whether it be an annual cleaning or a more comprehensive plan, we provide the best service that fit our customer’s needs and budget.
